I’ve been collaborating for some time with AL the Automatic Lawyer, the first or maybe the second Italian legal startup: a place for downloading tailor-made legal documents in all the major EU languages.
Beta test will be ready in some weeks but before we wanted to delight our users with a game-experiment we called "What’s on a Lawyer’s mind"?
We want to understand how lawyers and non lawyers look at things and categorize them. Why? Well, the experiment will help us to improve the content’s layout on our website and give you great user experience, and fast, intuitive browsing. But the aim is also wider: it will help us discover how non-lawyers organize legal content.
The experiment is a Card Sorting. Do you like re-order your books and CDs into categories? You’ll have to do the same, but instead of your Morrisey’s albums, you’ll need to re-order contracts this time. And give a name to each category. Sounds boring? We promise, it’s fun!
So do you wanna have fun? Click here. At the bottom of the page there are two big red buttons. Press one of them, you will know which one.
